Our store, MaxwellBiz, offers a flexible 14-day return window for your convenience. From the day your order is delivered to your doorstep, you have two weeks to initiate a return if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. We accept returns on a range of non-perishable items, including customized apparel, home goods, posters, stickers, and slippers, provided they are returned in their pristine, original state—unopened and fully sealed.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the exact condition as received—unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Exceptions to the Return Policy
There are certain items for which we cannot offer returns. This includes perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants, custom-made products, personalized items, and personal care goods. Regrettably, items purchased on sale or with gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and, following the acceptance of the return, place a new order for the item you desire.
Refunds
