For your convenience, our online store MaxwellBiz offers a flexible 14-day return period. From the day your order is delivered to your doorstep, you have two weeks to initiate a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. **Exceptions to the Return Policy**
Items that are custom-made, personalized, or any products that cannot be returned to their original condition after unpacking (such as personal hygiene products) are not eligible for return.
**Exchanges**
If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the original product, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
**Return Processing**
